Ski length depends on your height, weight, and ability. Generally, beginners should look for skis that reach their chin, while advanced skiers often prefer skis that reach the top of their head for increased stability at high speeds.
What is the standard shipping time for winter gear?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, though we offer expedited options if you need your equipment before a specific trip.
Do Völkl skis come with pre-mounted bindings?
Many of our models are sold as a 'system' which includes integrated bindings. However, our high-performance freeride and touring skis are often sold 'flat,' allowing you to choose and mount the specific bindings that fit your boots and skiing style.
What is your return policy for used equipment?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once skis have been mounted or used on the snow, they are no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How often should I wax and tune my new skis?
We recommend waxing your skis every 4-6 days of riding to maintain glide and protect the base. A full tune-up, including edge sharpening, should be performed at the start of every season or if you notice a decrease in grip on icy terrain.
Are Völkl products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Völkl products are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
